IVF and IUI focus on procedures. We focus on the body those procedures rely on. At East to West Fertility, we support individuals and couples before, during, and after IVF or IUI on Long Island to support blood flow, hormone signaling, and metabolic and immune health while you work with your fertility clinic.
East to West Fertility provides personalized IUI and IVF support for individuals and couples across Long Island. We work alongside your reproductive endocrinologist and existing in vitro fertilization specialist rather than replacing your intrauterine insemination clinic. While your clinic manages overall IUI treatment, medication, and procedures, we focus on the health environment surrounding your treatment.
Care looks different for every patient, and always begins with a detailed review of your unique fertility history and existing test results. You can begin working with us before ovarian stimulation, and care can continue through IUI, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, or early pregnancy based on your treatment plan.
If you have completed previous cycles, we’ll look closely at how your body responded and where ovarian response, fertilization, embryo development, or implantation issues arose. We also consider sperm health, circulation, and metabolic patterns such as blood sugar regulation.
Our patients work with some of the best in vitro fertilization clinics, REIs, and fertility specialists on Long Island, and we’re proud to be one part of that team. Our complementary approach to IVF treatment supports what they do.
If your history suggests that inflammation or immune activity may be relevant to your success, we’ll help you identify concerns to discuss with our network of local specialists.
Your support plan may include fertility acupuncture and targeted lifestyle guidance, carefully selected supplements, or follow-up testing, as needed.
We won’t offer you a generic fertility routine or promise a particular outcome. Instead, we’ll help you understand your history and what it means for future attempts, so you can prepare more intentionally and move into treatment with a coordinated plan.

IVF changes where fertilization happens, not whose DNA is involved. Studies looking for a distinguishable IVF appearance find people guessing at chance. What is genuinely different in some IVF pregnancies is a higher twin rate, and twins are more often born earlier and smaller — a birth circumstance, not a face. The social-media version of this question deserves pushback, because it attaches stigma to families who already spent the hardest year of their lives getting there.
Storage terms, disposition options, and whether embryos can be moved to another facility. Storage and consent rules come from state law plus clinic policy and both can change mid-cycle, so your signed paperwork governs your situation rather than any headline. Ask what happens to storage fees if insurance coverage ends, and who decides in each scenario the form lists. Meanwhile the biology does not pause — the three months before a retrieval still shape egg and sperm quality.
We do not replace your REI or promise a certain response or outcome. We help you control the health factors still within your reach.
