Pricing · Huntington, Long Island
Every price we charge is on this page — the single session, the evaluation, the Fertility Audit, and all four care plans. No "contact us for pricing," no quote that changes depending on who is asking.
See if you qualifyBook the evaluationNobody starts on a care plan. Care starts with a short call and a real evaluation, and most people never need more than that to decide whether this is the right place for them.
Step one
Free
A short call to establish whether this is a case we can help with. When it isn't, we say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
Step two
$100
A 30–60 minute in-office visit reviewing your labs, cycle history, prior treatment and symptoms. $50 holds the appointment, $50 at arrival.
Ongoing
$350
One in-office metabolic fertility treatment, for people who want care visit by visit rather than on a plan.
Most fertility practices hide pricing until a phone call, and the reason usually given is that every case is different. Every case is different — which is exactly why people deserve to see the range before they spend an hour of their life finding out it was never affordable. Couples in the middle of fertility treatment are already managing IVF quotes, medication costs and time off work. Adding a mystery number to that pile is not kindness.
So here is the whole ladder, from a single visit to a year of concierge care. The honest summary: most people begin with the $100 evaluation, and many never go further than a handful of sessions. The plans exist because some cases genuinely need 6 to 12 months of coordinated work, and buying that in single visits costs more and delivers less.
The first rung, and the right starting point for people who want the full diagnostic picture before committing to months of care. It answers the question standard testing rarely does: what is actually limiting things here, and in what order should it be addressed?
You keep the roadmap whether or not you continue with us, and it is written to be handed to your OB/GYN or reproductive endocrinologist. More on the two halves of this lens: metabolic fertility care and immune fertility care.
Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. Which one fits depends on the case — how long you have been trying, what has already been ruled out, whether there is a pregnancy loss history, and what your IVF or IUI calendar looks like. That is a conversation, not a checkout button.
A focused 90-day reset aimed at building three predictable, high-quality fertile cycles in a row.
Who it's for: couples who want a focused reset to stabilize cycles, improve the ovulation window, prepare the uterus for implantation, calm inflammation and prepare the body for conception.
What's included
Not included at this tier
Roughly three months addressing the constraints, then three months of conception or pregnancy support.
Who it's for: couples actively trying to conceive who want metabolic, immune and endocrine management wrapped around timed intercourse or medicated cycles — and cases needing runway first: irregular or highly symptomatic cycles, low egg count or quality, sperm count or quality, tubal factor, more preparation before IVF, or a higher-risk pregnancy needing support through to birth.
Everything in the 3-month plan, plus
Pre-conception through pregnancy and into postpartum, with every guarantee attached.
Who it's for: couples with complex histories — recurrent loss, IVF failure, autoimmune drivers — who want continuous support from pre-conception through first-trimester stabilization and early postpartum. Also for couples who simply want a different model of care while growing a family: one that improves health in order to conceive, carry, deliver and then parent, rather than draining it along the way.
Everything in the 6-month plan, plus
The same year of care, white-glove: maximal access, coordination handled for you.
Who it's for: couples who want a "we handle everything" experience with direct access and full coordination between providers.
Everything in the 12-month plan, plus
These are guarantees about what we do — the care you receive and how the money behaves. No clinic can guarantee a pregnancy or a live birth, and we don't. What we can promise is that the plan adapts to what actually happens.
3-month plans and up
Decide partway through that you want or need the longer plan, and your existing investment rolls into it — you keep the savings attached to the higher tier instead of starting over.
6-month plans and up
Your partner receives metabolic fertility treatment during the weeks of ovulation. Roughly half of the cases we see involve a male-factor component, so treating one person is treating half the case.
6-month plans and up
If the markers we agree on at the start — cycle variance, luteal phase, spotting, symptom score — aren't trending by the end of your plan, and you've done your part, we work an additional four bonus weeks at no extra cost.
All plans
Conceive faster than we planned — say in month four of a six-month plan — and we don't keep the extra time. The remaining value converts into first-trimester support, labor and delivery care, or postpartum and baby-number-two care.
Fertility supplements are a real, recurring cost, and the discount scales with the plan.
| Plan | Fertility supplements & nootropics | Fertility, pregnancy & postpartum peptides |
|---|---|---|
| 3-month — $7,000 | 25% | — |
| 6-month — $12,000 | 50% | — |
| 12-month — $20,000 | 75% | 75% |
| Concierge — $32,000 | 100% | 100% |
You don't choose a plan off a page — and we don't want you to. The path is the same for everyone: the free 10-minute call to see whether this is the right lens for your case, then the $100 evaluation, and only then a recommendation with a number attached. By the time a plan is discussed, you'll already know how we read your case and what we would prioritise first.
The 10-minute call is free and its only job is to find out whether we can genuinely help. Book it below, or call the clinic at (631) 810-4503.
