Most fertility journeys stall in the same place: the labs come back "normal," the plan stays the same, and nobody connects the pieces. The evaluation exists to do the connecting — thyroid, insulin, inflammation, clotting and mitochondrial health read as one picture rather than a stack of unrelated results.
- History and cycle mapping. Your full fertility history, prior treatments, cycle patterns, pain, spotting, sleep, stress and energy.
- Lab and imaging review. Everything you have already had done, read with a fertility-specific lens — including what is missing or has been under-interpreted.
- The 3 Fertility Dials. How blood flow, egg and sperm support, and the metabolic/immune environment are currently working together, or against each other.
- A targeted testing plan, only if it changes something. The labs and at-home tests that would actually alter the plan — not a laundry list.
- Your Fertility Roadmap. Findings, likely root causes, and 3-, 6- and 12-month treatment plans with a way to measure whether they are working.
Who books this directly
"Unexplained" infertility
You make embryos or get pregnant, then implantation fails or the pregnancy ends, and no one can tell you why.
Recurrent pregnancy loss
Multiple early losses, or later losses, with little beyond "bad luck" as an explanation.
PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles
Long, short or erratic cycles, medicated cycles, or every symptom without a clear path forward.
Over 35 and told it is just age
You suspect thyroid, metabolism or inflammation is doing more of the work than anyone has admitted.
Male factor, or no one has looked
Low count, motility or morphology issues, a varicocele, or no advanced sperm testing yet. Partners are welcome at the visit.
Already in IVF or IUI
We work alongside your OB/GYN and reproductive endocrinologist, around your cycle calendar — never instead of them.

Before you come in
Bring your records
Any bloodwork, ultrasounds, semen analyses, HSG or hysteroscopy reports, and notes from your OB/GYN or REI — even older ones. Trends over time tell us more than a single panel.
Bring your partner if you can
Roughly half of what we see involves a male factor component, and it is frequently the piece nobody has examined closely. It is also often the faster side to work on.
Plan on about an hour
The appointment is 45 minutes. Arrive a few minutes early for paperwork.

You leave with the findings and the roadmap. Whether you continue with treatment here is a separate decision, made after you have seen the plan.
Questions people ask before booking
What exactly does the $100 cover?+
The 45-minute in-person evaluation and the review work behind it: your history, your existing labs and imaging, the 3 Fertility Dials assessment, and the roadmap you leave with. You pay $50 as a deposit when you book and $50 at the office. Any testing or treatment you decide to do afterwards is quoted separately, before you commit to it.
Do I need a triage call first?+
No. This page exists so you can go straight to the evaluation. If you would rather talk to someone first, call the office at 631-416-4940 and we will point you to the right starting place.
Will this replace my OB/GYN or REI?+
Alongside, always. We do not replace your OB/GYN or your reproductive endocrinologist and we do not ask you to choose. We work around your IUI or IVF calendar, and we are glad to be in contact with your physician's office.
Is this covered by insurance?+
The evaluation is paid directly — $50 at booking and $50 at the visit. We can provide documentation of your visit on request, but we cannot tell you what your plan will or will not reimburse.

How far away are you?+
We are at 607 W. Jericho Tpke in Huntington, on Long Island — convenient to Nassau and western Suffolk. This evaluation is in person; it is a physical exam and intake, not a video call.
